   Scott joined FMEC as Chief Executive Officer in November 2021, following founding CEO Larry Bauer. Scott has over 30 years of experience

Lisa Schwieterman - Senior Administrative Assistant
Lisa began working with the FMEC in 2000.  She lives in Tipp City, OH, with her husband Greg.  They have three children, Ben, Gus and Becky. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafting and keeping up with her colleagues.  She and Greg have been married for 35 years and look forward to grandchildren and travel in their renovated RV.    Contact:

Jennifer Stamper - Project Coordinator
Jennifer has worked with the FMEC since 2008.  As a project coordinator, she oversees the FMEC Student Scholarship program, assists with business and partner relationships and marketing materials, meeting management and media projects.  She grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio playing soccer and loving theater and photography.  She has called Kettering, Ohio home for the past twenty five years, where she lives with her husband and three children.  She enjoys

Denise Steele – Project Coordinator
Denise joined the FMEC in 2013 as a project coordinator.  She assists with business and partner relationships and meeting management.  She oversees the residency program relationships, membership database, accounts receivables, and zoom support within the Integrative Health Learning Community.  She has a BS degree in marketing and management and resides in Bellbrook, Ohio with her husband Mike and their two teenage boys. She enjoys family 
fun nights (which are usually dinner and a movie or board game). She also enjoys being outside either landscaping, watching her boys play sports, or going for walks with friends.    Contact:  [email protected]

Shayla Rammel - Project Coordinator
Shayla has worked at the FMEC since 2013. As a project coordinator she oversees DPC initiatives, the Legacy Campaign, exhibitor and business relationships. Additionally, she assists with marketing materials, social media, and meeting management. She enjoys traveling with her husband and two boys. Douglas R. Hull, CFA - Chief Financial Officer
Doug recently retired from the Dayton Society of Natural History, a nonprofit organization consisting of the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, Sunwatch Indian Village/Archaeological Park and Fort Ancient State Memorial, whose mission is to educate and enlighten all peoples of the region about the wonders of the world, where he served as Interim CEO, CFO and COO. Doug directed the organization’s operations, financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions, board of directors and the financial community.   Full Bio

Susan C. Eckert, MEd - Director of Advancement
Susan retired in January 2012 from the role of President and CEO of United Way of Lancaster County after 25 years.  Following her retirement, Susan established The Eckert Group. Through her consulting practice, she served the Partnership for Public Health (PPH) an effort to find local solutions to health problems and to improve the public health infrastructure of Lancaster County.   Further, she has served as the interim director of the Lancaster Public Library and the Lancaster      Osteopathic Health Foundation (a conversion foundation).  As the Director of Advancement, Susan is responsible for the Legacy campaign and other philanthropic
