health system leaders understand the incredible value of the loan help provided by Navigate.
Seventy-five percent of physicians graduate with student loans; among physicians of color, the debt
burden is even higher. These loans are oppressive and frustrating. But FMEC and Navigate have a
solution. We help both physicians and healthcare centers.

FMEC partners with Navigate Student Loans. Through our joint efforts, the physicians we’ve reached
are on track to save $24,206,635 on loans. On average, each physician saves from $10,000-
$400,000. That could save employers a bundle, because this service costs far less than partial loan
repayments. And physicians may save more with loan planning than cash incentives. Join this webinar
