Judges can log into the website version of the mobile app if they want to view the posters that have been uploaded into the app.  This may be a more comfortable way of viewing the posters instead of viewing them from their phone app.

• Poster Judging Pre-Meeting – The recording of the September 11, 2024 pre-meeting to discuss judging posters is posted here. This was held prior to last year’s meeting but includes tips that apply this year. Listen to the audio of the September 11, 2024 poster judges zoom meeting here. If we record a 2025 poster judging pre-meeting, we will update the link with the new recording.

• Poster Session I is from 12:00pm - 1:10pm in Grand Ballroom A/B
• Poster Session II is from 1:20pm - 2:30pm in Grand Ballroom A/B
• Be on Time - Please be on time to begin judging your assigned posters.
• Complete your evaluations through the online poster evaluation form no later than Sunday, Sept. 21st so final scores can be calculated
• Winners  - will be announced via email letter early in the week of Sept. 22nd.
